Company Qatar Energy Department Learning & Development Primary purpose of job Plan, execute and report on research including offering recommendations to facilitate continuous improvement, enhance scholarship and vocational programs as well as to ensure compliance with corporate and directorate quality standards. Work with relevant staff in the scholarship and vocational programs Division to maintain the information and reporting systems to ensure data integrity, user friendly interfaces and the timely production of quality reports. 1. Carry out business process analyses using a range of suitable investigative and analytical techniques, and recommend potential process enhancements including matching implementation strategies leading to continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the scholarship and vocational programs Division. 2. Produce, maintain and lead reviews of quality documents within the scholarship and vocational programs Division (e.g., policies, procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, guidelines, job descriptions etc.) to ensure compliance with corporate and directorate quality standards. 3. Investigate, evaluate and offer recommendations on scholarship and vocational programs programs, institutions, systems and accreditations by conducting suitable research and participating in relevant forums to enhance the development of students leading to the achievement of Quality Qatarization targets 4. Determine scholarship and vocational programs implementation needs and then designing a system to meet those needs. in the approved recruitment campaign plan. 6. Prepare cost analyses to assist scholarship and vocational programs division head in determining the financial feasibility and to ensure that time lines are met 7. Prepare reports and presentations using a range of reliable and valid data sources to report on the operations, strategy and business environment of the scholarship and vocational programs Division to facilitate effective decision making leading to meeting operational and strategic objectives. 8. Actively assist the Head of Planning & Reporting in the maintenance and improvement of student information recording and reporting systems to ensure the integrity of data, usability of interfaces and quality of reports. 9. Actively participate in the business planning and budgeting of the scholarship and vocational programs Division by providing advice on potential improvements and best practices to facilitate effective planning and budgeting. 10. Prepare the Internship Program for trainees undertaking local and overseas Academic Programs to ensure the provision of suitable workplace experience and training prior to graduation. Experience & Skills - Minimum six years of relevant experience as follows: 1-IT systems development cycle (planning, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance & support), Handle systems improvements 2- Process & Systems Improvements (QMS/continuous improvement or change management) 3-Handle procedures & policies review & documentation & carry out related projects. **4-Experience with business planning, budgeting, and reporting**: Handle budget preparation, internship planning and generate reports. 5-Strong written English language skills. solutions. 7- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point). 8- Experience in project management and risk management is desirable. 9- Familiarity with using database systems such as Access and SAP is desirable. Education - Bachelor degree in a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in education is desirable.
