About the Role: As a Chef De Cuisine, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Outlet kitchen with emphasis on quality, presentation within the guidelines of the standardized menus and employee training. **Responsibilities**: - Supervise the Restaurant kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines. - Helps create innovative/modern Italian cuisines that match with the Restaurant concept. - Attend meetings with Executive Chef to discuss future business strategy and review ongoing action plan progress, and other departmental meetings as required. - Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs. - Ensure proper staffing and scheduling in accordance to productivity guidelines. - Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen team. - Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards. - Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. **Requirements**: - Previous leadership experience in the culinary field required **Skills Required**: Leadership Coaching Hygiene and safety Kitchen Operation Management **Compensation & Benefits**: - Basic Salary: QAR 10,000 Per Month - Accommodation Allowance: QAR 6,500 Per Month - Transportation Allowance: QAR 1,250 Per Month - Annual Paid Leave: Provided - Employment Visa: Provided - Flight Tickets: Provided - Medical Insurance: Provided
