Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, with 3 -5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflect highly on the Company. Has working knowledge of local area networks and Microsoft Windows. Possesses problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. Has good writing skills. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining Word Press websites. Designing Word Press websites - Working with clients to understand their needs and design custom websites accordingly - Maintaining and updating existing Word Press websites - Adding new features and functionality to websites as needed - Ensuring all website design meets our quality standards **Requirements**: - Excellent creative design skills - Adept on Word Press and website design, with a focus on usability and user experience - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Great time-management skills - Experience as an IT technician or other IT support role. - Good understanding of computer systems, printers, mobile devices, and other tech products. - Excellent experience in using most of Microsoft products features including word, excel, and Power Point. - Excellent experience in windows 10 including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Ability to diagnose and resolve IT related issues.
