**Skills & Qualifications**: - At least 5 years of experience in a HSE management position - Formal NEBOSH (or similar) Qualifications - Experience and understanding of the Audit process with demonstrated auditing skills/experience. - Current knowledge of HSE and Quality Management Systems and legislation. - Qualified as a lead auditor. **Special Conditions**: - Driver’s License - 24 hours, 7 days in a week availability for the reporting and action of HSE issues that could or have the potential to place the business at risk. - The job will require occasional travel **Responsibilities**: The responsibilities of the position are as follows: - Assisting in the development, maintenance and implementation of the management systems that, as a minimum, comply with the relevant contractual, legal, obligations including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other company requirements. Work with other HSEQ Managers in the region to drive rationalization and integration of company and contract specific processes via regional Information Management System (IMS). - Take a lead role in the implementation of relevant systems and eventual certification in areas such as risk ISO 31000 and Energy management ISO 50001 - Provide HSE, QA and HSEQ Coordinators and other contract personnel with advice, support, training and direction to resolve issues, continuously improve their systems and processes and assist in the implementation of company policies and programs. - Perform Operational Systems Audits, Subcontractor Audits, Internal Audits, Workplace Inspections, and Safety Observations to confirm compliance with requirements and identify system deficiencies or non-compliance. - Conduct Integrity Investigations as directed ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are raised and implemented and that learning’s are shared across the business. - Oversight of all HSEQ related staff training and assessment to insure a consistent and high level of understanding is achieved with the company employees. - Manage encourage Industry Knowledge engagement to ensure legal and systems compliance, best practice innovation and standardization are shared across the Industry/Sites. - Drive the Company safety and quality culture through proactive leadership. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
