Read on to find out just how far.... **Role Purpose**: The Data & Analytics domain is an integral component in the Product Development department, delivering data engineering and analytical modelling solutions to provide data-driven decision-making capabilities, operational intelligence, business performance and customer behavioral analysis, dynamic offering campaigns and profitability analysis. The domain plays a major role in Vodafone Qatar’s key organisational strategies, focused on digital and data. **With us you will**: - Manage the domain key delivery streams: Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics and Data Integration. This includes domain governance, stakeholder management and vendor management by working collaboratively and cross functionally to develop meaningful relationships to achieve business goals - Manage Projects delivery on time, on budget and to scope, manage onshore/ offshore vendors and internal/external stakeholders, - Ongoing development of new capabilities is a primary focus as well as playing key roles in delivering transformation initiatives across domains - Manage, direct, motivate and coach the team of domain professionals - Support Operations where required, to maintain the environments performance and data quality KPIs - Develop and maintain a roadmap, driving transformation, to ensure business and technology demand is met in the future - Support business growth by maintaining scalable data architecture and information models - Projects and program delivery on time, within budget and up to required quality. - Vendor performance management & Motivation of team and performance evaluation.
