**Job description** - Report to the Chef/Assistant Chef - Consistently offer professional, friendly, and proactive service while supporting fellow Colleagues - Maintain high standards of hygiene. - In-charge with food inventory and dealing with deliveries - Measure ingredients and sizing portions accurately - Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards. - Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. - Have full knowledge of all menu items and specials. - Prepare foods for mise en place, which involves chopping vegetables/meats, stocking stations, organizing ingredients. - Washing, sanitizing, and drying dirty dishes in a timely manner. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace. - Other duties as assigned. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Ability to commute/relocate: - Qatar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
