Description
**Waiter**: - Greet customers as they enter and give them the menu when seated - Take orders from customers and deliver them to the kitchen - Serve customers their food and make sure they are satisfied with the service - Take delivery orders on the phone when necessary - Sell products and provide information to customers on the benefits of these products - Clean tables and general front of house area - Cash handling - give invoices and change to customers - Implement a high level of customer service at all times - Actively upsell menu items and wholesale products - Attend training sessions and workshops when necessary and have full knowledge of all menu dishes to be able to inform the customers. **Cashier**: - Manage the Point of Sale (POS). - Collect payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; make change for cash customers. - Verify credit acceptance. - Issue receipt and refunds. - Redeem and monitor vouchers and loyalty card. - Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end-of-work shift. - Balance cash/credit sales against the POS report. - Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information. - Keep records of transactions. - Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments. - Provide pricing information by answering questions. - Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. Ability to commute/relocate: - Qatar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
