Reception Cashier (Female Only)
Description
Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person and over the phone - Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette - Keeps the reception area clean and organized - Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information - Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff - Keeps office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment used at the reception - Protects patient confidentiality, making sure protected health information is secured by not leaving protected health information in plain sight and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended - Performs other duties as required * - High school diploma (preference for College/University degree) - Minimum 1 years of receptionist experience - Excellent computer skills - Strong interpersonal skills (friendly, polite, team player) - Quick learner - Great communication skills - both written and verbal (Arabic & English) Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Language**: - English and arabic (required)
