**QS / Estimation Engineer - MEP** **Job Summary** For our Facility Management (Hard Services Division, we are searching for a reliable Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer to join our capable team of professionals. The Quantity Surveyor will be tasked with analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers - Reviewing Building / MEP plans and preparing quantity requirements for FM related MEP Projects. - Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. - Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. - Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. - Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies. - Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required. - Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. - Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders. - Traveling from the office to various sites as required. Should be in the Age Group of 25 to 40 Yrs & Should have prior experience in MEP Pre sales, Post Sales from FM Industry with Minimum 3-7 yrs experience. Min 3 yrs experience / BE/B-Tech Civil / Diploma Graduates also can apply. Able to communicate in English/Hindi. **Salary Details** Gross salary will be in the range of Qrs.5,000 /- along with Accommodation, Medical, Insurance, Leave Salary, Gratuity, Joining & Leave Air tickets etc. **Salary**: From QAR5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
