**China Railway Construction Corporation Limited - Qatar Branch** APPLICANTS must be available here in QATAR Can join immediately with complete NOC Documents. **QAQC INSPECTOR ROADS PROJECTS in QATAR** **REQUIREMENTS**: **Engineering Diploma** in appropriate discipline with at least 5 years related experience in Infrastructure Projects (**Roads, Drainage & Utilities**). - The ability to read work drawings and related specifications, and capable of enforcing such specifications. - Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential. - Attention to details and ability to work with various parties will be required. **Employment**: Full Time OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES The QAQC Inspector will be responsible for supervising various contractors / sub contractors engaged in the implementation of range of infrastructure projects associated with the development of roads and highways.- During asphalt road and graded road construction activities duties shall include but not be limited to: - Physical inspections including: Alignment setting out with level survey checks. Soil sampling and testing checks in formation, general fill, sub base and road base materials. - Concrete mix design checks, including aggregate and cement sampling and testing. - Asphalt mix design checks, including aggregate and bitumen sampling and testing, also transportation and laying specification requirements. - Surface regularity measurements ensuring compliance with specified tolerances all layers of construction. - Monitor daily field construction operations to ensure compliance with approved Project/s Design Drawings and approved Project/s Quality Plans. - Inspecting and monitoring Contractor civil procedures, performance activities and ensuring compliance with all contract documentation and drawings. - Reinforcing safety policies and commitment to safety to the Contractor at all times. - Provide input to BOTC near miss and incident reporting system. - Provide input to company progress reporting systems as required. - Coordinates with the various contractors to ensure that the approved Health & Safety / QAQC procedures and the Quality Plan are implemented during inspection activities. - Supervising the contractor in the compilation of the handover and test packs together with all as-built documentation. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Application Question(s): - NATIONALITY - DATE OF BIRTH - HOW MUCH IS YOUR SALARY EXPECTATIONS IN THE FULL PACKAGE **Experience**: - International CONSTRUCTION firm in Qatar or GCC: 10 years (preferred) - QAQC INSPECTOR ROADS PROJECTS in QATAR: 10 years (preferred) - ASGHAL Projects: 8 years (preferred) License/Certification: - MME/MMUP (preferred) - CIVIL ENGINEER (preferred)
