Asset Protection Officer
Description
**Duties and Responsibilities**: - Reports to Asset Protection Manager - Conducts investigation of incidents & cases referred to the department - Conducts CCTV monitoring (live and random review of recordings) - Conducts new staff orientation of newly-hired cashier/ pharmacy assistants, and pharmacist when requested by Kulud Management - Submit reports of all investigations & cases to proper authority, and reports of all incidents responded to concerned department manager - Conducts surprise branch visits and surprise cash counts - Supervise implementation of projects like CCTV installation, GPS installations & fire alarm maintenance inspections of contractors - Maintains CCTV systems on a regular basis, visit pharmacy branches to rectify/ address issues on CCTV system; maintains logs of maintenance issues of CCTV systems - Manage security guards of selected company facilities, including IMC Store and Kulud Store - Checks CCTV recordings for missing check-in/ out of staffs upon request - In-charge of departments admin requirements; maintains office equipment and facilities - Perform other duties and responsibilities upon instructions of CEO, DCEO and APM **Qualifications are as follows**: - Locally available - Bachelor degree graduate, preferably connection to IT or electrical courses - Qatar driver license, preferably with car - 4-5 years’ experience in asset protection/ loss prevention in retail industry setting - Extensive knowledge on CCTV operations, preventive maintenance, system installation - Experienced investigator/ excellent investigative skills - formal course taken on investigation is a plus - Good communications skill, preferably English - Good team-player adaptable to fast-changing work environment and situations - Experience in incident management, security and safety management is preferred - For local hiring only.
