Description

Checking of billing statement reports which is provided by insurance assistant to be submitted to the insurance company. - Generating and summarizing the monthly insurance sales report per pharmacy/ insurance company and submitted to the chief accountant/ insurance director. - Prepare monthly summary for all the rejected and unpaid medical claims by the insurance companies and submitted to chief accountant and insurance director for their action and feedback. - Prepare monthly insurance deduction report per pharmacist and submitted to Human Resource Department - Payroll section - (one percent consideration insurance sales policy) and follow up with payroll section the deduction in case of pharmacist vacation/ resignation. - Providing insurance companies with the needed information/ documents if needed after getting approval from the chief accountant/ insurance director. - Prepare insurance payment monitoring report monthly and to be submitted to chief accountant/ insurance director. Qualifications and skills: - Proficiency in MS Office especially in Microsoft Excel - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem solving skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - Locally available and can join immediately **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Al-Wakrah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
