**HR Admin Assistant Vacancy.** **Key highlights of the job** - Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). - Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc). - Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations - Assist in payroll preparation by updating relevant data (absences, presences, leaves, etc). - Keeping our database and HR system up to date. - Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned **Requirements**: - Min 2 to 3 years of experience (preferably F&B Or Health care Sector) - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Good computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and HR software - The salary package on offer is between QAR 4k to 5.5k as a full package. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month Application Question(s): - How familiar are you with the Payroll job role? **Experience**: - Human Resources Administrative: 3 years (required)
