Tufting Specialist

**Responsibilities**: 1. Set up and operate electronic tufting machines. 2. Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on electronic Tufting machines. 3. Design and develop new Tufting patterns. 4. Collaborate with the design team to develop custom Tufting solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory. 6. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements**: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of experience working with electronic tufting machines - Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude - Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
