Telecom Technician

Education - Diploma in Electronics / Computer Engineering Having training & certification in Infrastructure cabling system (Cable testing / Splicing), Cisco Unified Communication System and OTN System would be preferable Certification - Having training & certification in Infrastructure cabling system (Cable testing / Splicing), Cisco Unified Communication System and OTN System would be preferable. Experience - Minimum 5 years’ experience out of which at least 2 years should have been in an oil and gas industry with hands on experience in maintenance of plant Infrastructure Cabling system (Fiber and Copper), Field Telephones, Hotlines, Cisco IP Telephony & Collaboration System, AV System, SSL System, OTN / DWDM System etc. Essential duties and responsibilities - Shall be thoroughly familiar, have in depth experience and competent to maintain Infrastructure Telecom systems. - To manage on a day-to-day basis the effective operation of the Infrastructure Telecom System. - Shall be capable to perform Preventive and Corrective maintenance of Infrastructure Telecom systems. - Shall be able to independently prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s), raise and get approved work permits and provide required support and assistance in raising e MOC’s, Risk Analysis report, Incident report etc. Contact - 50828970 **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
