Joinery Estimator

Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents - Material Estimation and Costing for joinery and carpentry - Produce accurate and detailed costing - analysing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs, researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in fit-out and joinery works. - Must Good organizational skills with the ability to pay attention to details. - To provide detailed and budget estimate preparation for Furniture and Upholstery. - Estimating and cost control - Coordinates with the Production department. - Familiar with all types of wood - High proficient in numeracy, Good at Negotiations, Detail-oriented, Able to work under pressure, Aware of industry policies, Excellent at problem-solving - Interpreting specifications, pricing, and preparation of contract documents - Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING.
