Nursery Teacher (Arabic Speaker)

Developing and enhancing the child's sensory and cognitive skills - Organizing creative activities and educational games based on their age - Preparing children's meals and feeding them - follow up the changing diapers and supervising children's bathing - Taking care of children and keeping them safe and clean - Taking children from the main room to the different activity areas designated for their age. Ensure the safety of children during indoor and outdoor activities. - Work with parents observations to ensure children's growth and social development. - follow the Schedule **Skills needed**: - Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages. The ability to propose creative ideas for the education and participation of children. - Possess multitasking and time dividing skills. - Patience and gentle personality. - Ability to work at different times. **Educational duties**: - Design and follow the educational plan. - Developing and enhancing the child's sensory and cognitive skills - Supervising children's education in alphabet and arithmetic as well as interpersonal, social and emotional skills. - Organizing educational materials and resources available. - Use a variety of activities and educational methods to stimulate and develop children's abilities. - Maintaining a line of communication with parents and providing them with appropriate information. Evaluate students' performance and progress to ensure mastery of skills on a regular basis. - Observing children's interactions and providing care and cooperation with them. - Cooperate with department staff and follow teaching standards and safety procedures. - **Skills needed**: - Patience and the ability to deal flexibly with different situations. - Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify information. - Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices for children's education. - Excellent knowledge of child development stages and the latest educational theories and practices. - Organization skills, dividing time and tasks. - The ability to teach creatively. **Salary**: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
