Outlet Supervisor
Description
Supervise and direct in prompt, efficient and friendly serving of food and beverage. - Assist servers, bussers and host staff in their job duties as necessary. - Ensure all opening, closing & running side work is completed on a daily basis. - Act as a liaison between kitchen and front of house employees and operations. - Assist in the training and development of team members. - Communicate effectively, in giving direction, support, timely feedback and recognition of performance. - Work quickly and independently to resolve operational and/or guest issues when necessary, ensuring proper follow through manager. - Ensure that guest are welcome in best hospitable manner, greet and welcome the guests, offer menu card and assist the guest in taking orders while providing them excellent service. - Promote suggestive selling and increase the sales revenue. - Ensure high standard of service and good quality of food is served in the outlet. - Maintain high standard of personal grooming as well as staff grooming, hygiene and wear clean uniform while on duty. - Ensure that the work area & workstations are clean & tidy and should maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the dining area, service areas & wash rooms. - Ensure that the outlet is managed and operated in conformity with Municipality health requirements, and regulations. - Maintain open & positive communication with subordinates & junior staff. Work as a team with positive attitude and conduct yourself in a professional manner. - Operate the cash register, cash handling, making sales reports. - To be knowledgeable of all the menu item and specials and item specifications, and adhere to those specifications. - Manage inventory & stock control, staff duty scheduling and payroll control. - To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000: 2018), Quality Management (9001: 2015) and HSE (ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001: 2018) are implemented and maintained within the department. - All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE shall be kept up to date. - Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives as applicable to the department to be followed and updated. - To perform any other duties / responsibilities assigned by your immediate Managers in accordance with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar laws. **Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month COVID-19 considerations: Adhering safety precautionary measures.
