We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Supervisorto be based in Doha, Qatar.The successful applicant will be responsible for all business operations of a dining establishment. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, managing, coaching, and developing employees in accordance with company policies. You will oversee inventory, including food, beverages, supplies, and maintenance of restaurant equipment. Additionally, you will resolve customer complaints related to food quality and service, ensuring compliance with health and food safety regulations. You will direct all employees' work and oversee the overall performance of the outlet.Your Specific Responsibilities Include Execute outlet operations including food and beverage promotions, customer service, and inventories.Ensure POS and cash handling procedures are followed as per company policy.Analyze outlet sales on a monthly and quarterly basis.Review monthly financial performance, including sales versus budget and item category breakdowns.Lead front-of-house staff in training on restaurant standards, including alcohol service, food preparation, and customer service.Monitor employees, sales, and operations as the restaurant manager.Oversee outlet service performance, delegate responsibilities, schedule, coach, evaluate, and mentor employees.Maintain inventory, cleanliness, food rotation, and menu service consistency.Adhere to policies and procedures, including HACCP and alcohol guidelines.Assist F&B management with service preparations, kitchen rules, service standards, cleanliness, and inventory controls.Update staff on daily specials and promotional items.Train team leaders for specific duties and responsibilities.Support profit and loss accountability, cost controls, and inventories.Conduct inventory for food and beverage par levels and establish control methods.Maintain proper operation and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.Enhance the guest experience continually.Assist with administrative functions such as reporting, quality assurance, and meetings.Stay informed about food and beverage trends in the hospitality industry.Provide hands-on support during busy periods to ensure quality and prompt service.Perform other duties as assigned.Deputize for the Restaurant Manager in their absence as needed.Join us in creating an extraordinary story.
