Job Title: Expeditor Site Location: Mesaieed **Job Type**: Full-Time **Responsibilities**: Inventory Management: Ø Collaborate with department heads to monitor inventory levels. Ø Assess supply vendors to ensure quality standards for delivered supplies. Procurement and Order Management: Ø Contact vendors, place orders, and verify supplies. Ø Manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers for expected delivery dates. Production Schedule Maintenance: Ø Maintain production schedules for ongoing projects. Ø Assign materials and Crew Members to optimize cost and prevent delays. Interdepartmental Coordination: Ø Ensure effective communication between departments for streamlined operations. Project Monitoring: Ø Monitor project delivery timelines. Ø Verify work quality against company requirements and specifications. Ø Ensure compliance with regulations. Ø Collaboration with Project Managers: Ø Collaborate with Project Managers for updates on delivery timelines. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a background in Oil & Gas. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain management in QATAR or GCC. - Good knowledge of the construction industry. - Excellent command of English and Arabic; French is a plus. - Excellent computer skills. - Freelance visa/QID. - Availability for immediate joining. - 10-hour duty/6 days per week.
