Supervisor and Restaurant Manager (Philippino Only)
Description
The duties of a restaurant supervisor vary according to the size of their venue and the type of establishment. A supervisor may be responsible for HR alongside the ongoing management of the restaurant to ensure good customer satisfaction. The main responsibilities of a restaurant supervisor include: - developing and implementing training programmes for new hires and existing personnel - hiring and onboarding new staff to help them learn their duties quickly and efficiently - ensuring all employees follow company policies and procedures at all times - overseeing the opening and closing of the premises to ensure smooth transitions between shifts - ensuring all equipment is properly functioning throughout the day - keeping accurate records of daily sales, food inventory, employee labour costs, supplies ordered and more through a computerised point-of-sale system (POS) - supervising and managing staff, planning work schedules and conducting performance reviews - ensuring good customer satisfaction and handling any complaints - ensuring food and drinks served are of high quality and service is consistent - enforcing and health safety practices, sanitation standards and safe food handling procedures - coordinating with vendors to ensure supplies are available on time **Language**: - English (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Doha (required) Ability to Relocate: - Doha: Relocate before starting work (required)
