Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses. - Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including taking patient histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostics tests assess patient’s health and diagnose medical conditions. - Conduct hourly rounds to assess the progress of the patients, review test results, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and communicate with patients and their families about the patient’s conditions and treatment in Day Care Unit. - Ordering and interpreting primary diagnostic tests like blood work and X-rays. - Managing chronic conditions and monitoring patients' health over time. - Prescribing medications and treatments. - Referring patients that needs admission to the concerned specialist/consultant after informing them and after involving the patient and/or his family in the decision making. - Providing preventive care, vaccinations, and health education. - Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and allied health personnels, to coordinate and optimize the care of the patients.
