Recruitment Manager
Description
Any Bachelor’s Degree - At least 10 years of experience in Recruitment, with at least 5 years as a Recruitment/Team Lead/ equivalent role in the hospitality or related industry - Analyze the supply and demand of the workforce, including factors such as current and projected business needs, employee turnover rates, and market trends. - Develop, implement, and manage the organization's recruitment strategy, including defining recruitment metrics, regular reporting, and taking corrective actions to address gaps. - Lead the team of Recruiters, Onboarding officers, Recruitment Coordinators, and PRO to ensure the efficient and effective execution of the recruitment and onboarding process. - Certification such as SHRM, CIPD (preferred) - Arab nationality are preferred. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
