Designation: - Safety Officer (QHSE) Age: - 24 Years to 40 years Location: - Doha Education: - Certificate in occupational health and safety prefer NEBOSCH certificate in H&S. **Salary**: - TBD Experience: - Min 3 Years Project Duration: - 3 Years Working Hr: - 10Hrs/ 6 Days **Certificate in occupational health and safety prefer NEBOSCH certificate in H&S.** **Job Description**: - Observe contractor/vendor work in progress and assure safety equipment is worn and procedures followed. - Enforce policies and procedures for Safety & Health. - Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non‐conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment) - Record and investigate incidents to determine root causes, recommendation and preventive actions. - Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management. - Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation - Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc. - Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques. - Ensure security and integrity of all data provided including reporting performance and staff information. - To exercise personal duty of care for their own health, safety and welfare. - Report any accidents, incidents, breaches or potential breaches to Project Engineers. - Perfect English language communication skills. - Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety. - Proficient in all Microsoft Applications. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent License/Certification: - Nebosh Certificate (required)
