**Position Summary**: The Patient Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall patient experience within Alfardan Medical with Northwestern Medicine. The role will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction, managing a team of Patient Service Representatives and Call Center Agents, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. **REQUIREMENTS**: - 8 years of experience in healthcare with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior position - Fluency in English and Arabic language - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Management, or a related field
