**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Doha. The Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Additionally, the Operations Manager will work closely with the Business Development (BD) team to drive growth and expand our market presence. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of all events and staffing services. - Collaborate with the BD team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. - Manage and lead the operations team, providing guidance, training, and support. - Monitor and analyze operational performance, making improvements as needed. - Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure exceptional service delivery. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. - Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or events industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred. **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Operations Manager: 3 years (required) - Business Development: 1 year (preferred) License/Certification: - Visa (Visit visa not allowed) (preferred) - Qatar ID (preferred) **Location**: - Doha (required)
