Description
**QA/QC Engineer (QP Approved)** The QA/QC Engineer (QP Approved) will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance and quality control in all aspects of our manufacturing processes. This role requires developing and approving Quality Plans (QPs), conducting inspections, and implementing process improvements to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop, review, and approve Quality Plans (QPs) to ensure they meet all regulatory and industry standards. - Ensure all QPs are properly documented and maintained. - Design, implement, and monitor QA/QC processes to ensure product quality. - Establish and maintain quality control procedures, standards, and specifications. - Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Document inspection findings and take corrective actions as necessary. - Perform rigorous testing and analysis to identify defects and areas for improvement. - Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze quality data and trends. - Provide training to staff on QA/QC procedures and best practices. - Ensure team members are aware of quality standards and procedures. - Evaluate and qualify suppliers and subcontractors based on quality standards. - Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. - Identify opportunities for process and product improvements. - Lead initiatives for implementing corrective and preventive actions. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Stay updated with the latest quality management practices and standards. - Investigate quality issues and customer complaints to identify root causes. - Implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role, with a focus on Quality Plan (QP) development and approval. - In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001). - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are preferred.
