General Manager (Natural Stones & Marble)

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**: **Leadership and Strategy**: - Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Stone & Marble division. - Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance market position. **Operational Oversight**: - Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, and logistics. - Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards. **Business Development**: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. **Financial Management**: - Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. - Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for cost control and revenue growth. **Team Leadership**: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. - Recruit and develop key talent to strengthen the division’s capabilities. - Customer Relations: - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality products and services. - Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. **Regulatory Compliance**: - Stay informed about industry regulations and standards. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, safety protocols, and environmental regulations. **Strategic Planning**: - Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and initiatives. - Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities and challenges. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Proven experience (7-10 years) in General Manager / Operations Manager role within the stone and marble industry. - In-depth knowledge of stone fabrication processes, quality control, and industry trends. - Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business development and financial management. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Results-oriented with a focus on operational excellence. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
