As part of the Sales team, you will support Sales by planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems. Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following: - Processing the purchase orders received from hypermarkets & dealers. - Preparation of sales orders on SAP and transmitting the same to the warehouse team - Provide necessary information to warehouse team for arranging deliveries to customers on daily basis. - Petty cash handling and reimbursement, obtaining necessary approvals from the Head of Sales. - Assisting Head of Sales and the Sales Executives on day-to-day documentation. - Dealer account reconciliation on a regular basis - Forwarding cheque to Finance with reconciled statement - Preparation of periodic MIS reports - General Admin work for the Sales office **About the Position**: Ref-AN
