Lead Cost Controller
Description
**About this role** In compliance with company Finance & Cost Control methods, processes and deadlines: To prepare and issue detailed budgets.To be responsible for cost control, cost reporting and invoice processing activities for the project.To supply MP Lead Cost Controller with cost and budget updates for internal and external reporting. To perform quantitative Cost Risk Analysis for the project(s)To develop and maintain the Master Control Estimate/Current Control Estimates (MCE/CCE)To perform all other activities related to Cost Control related to the perimeter (Phase 2)To supervise and control all cost control activities related to Project To supervise and lead the Cost Control team Several new projects that would be executed in parallel over the period of 5 years with CAPEX investment of around 3.5 Billion USD. The Major Projects consists of: - New wellhead platforms (WHP) installation: 7 new WHP each including bridges and tie-ins to existing platforms and 1 Central Process Platform (CPP) - Pipelines global network: Existing pipeline(s) replacement for integrity and debottlenecking The Project Cost Engineer is based in Major Projects premises, reports directly to the Project Cost Control Leader, The Job holder is responsible for ensuring that budget and cost control functions of the project(s) are fully met. **What you need to bring** - Degree in Economics or equivalent - Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar activities for Oil & Gas projects. - Advanced knowledge & experience in use of relevant computer systems (SAP, Excel, Word, Power Point) - EPC Contracts mechanisms - Fluency in English Academic Bachelor
