Key responsibilities include: Lead, manage, and mentor the project controls team, promoting collaboration and ensuring high standards of performance and productivity. Project Control Systems: Develop, implement, and continuously improve project control systems, methodologies, and processes to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives and industry best practices. Project Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, ensuring that all milestones, timelines, and budgets are adhered to. Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns. Reporting & Communication: Provide clear, accurate, and timely project status reports and outcome summaries to the CEO and senior management. Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile Job Requirements: Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in project controls, project management, or a similar leadership role, preferably within a complex, multi-project environment. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Expertise in project management methodologies and project control systems. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
