**Your field of responsibility** Aventicum Capital Management (‘Aventicum’), is an asset management joint venture established in 2012 between Credit Suisse AG, one of the world's leading financial services providers, and Qatar Holding LLC, founded by Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund. Aventicum Capital Management (Qatar) LLC received its license to operate as an asset manager from the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) in 2013 after being authorised by the QFC Regulatory Authority, the independent regulator for the QFC Aventicum Capital Management (Qatar) LLC (ACMQ) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aventicum Capital Holding AG a 60/40% entity owned by Credit Suisse AG and Qatar Holding. You will bring a positive personality to our team with strong communication skills, a committed approach, strong sense of ownership and a passion to learn new things Your primary field of responsibility - Organize and manage all distribution channels related to the sale to investors of all investment products managed by Aventicum Capital Management (Qatar) LLC; - Manage all client relationships, and ongoing requests of existing clients; - Source new clients and providing direct fundraising efforts demonstrating existing and historical investor relationships; - Prepare and manage the production and distribution of marketing materials; - Manage all legal, compliance & regulatory processes related to the distribution of ACMQ’s investment products in partnership with Credit Suisse and ACM colleagues. - Embrace and adhere to all working standards set by senior management including client database management, audit, compliance, cross border and HR requirements **Your future colleagues**: We are a department which values Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is committed to realizing the firm’s D&I ambition which is an integral part of our global cultural values. **Your skills and experience** - University degree or equivalent - CFA qualified (preferred) - Strong asset management/securities background - Able to manage multiple responsibilities - Previous similar role preferable - Computer literate particularly in excel and powerpoint - English fluency, preference also for Arabic and one additional European language - Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work.
