You will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short - and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. As a Sr. Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for: - Oversighting of unit allocation, planning, and execution. - Being the operational focal point for the client. - Managing and developing the personnel. - Ensuring HSE is being followed. - Ensuring adherence to PL financial planning and execution. - Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars. - Ensuring Baker Hughes execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. - Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries. - Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out. - Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: - Have a Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. - Have 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry and in Drilling roles (Directional Drilling/Drilling Engineer). - Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Coordinator. - Have experience with Exxon Mobil and other international oil companies (offshore). - Have experience with start-ups (preferred). - Have experience with Extended Reach Drilling. - Have experience in understanding and executing contracts. - Have experience in position of supervision / coordination of drilling. - Have technical knowledge and engineering understanding towards Drilling Services. - Be able to demonstrate good hands-on knowledge and experience of directional drilling. - Be fluent in English. **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
