The Senior Business Analyst (BA) Lead - Project Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams within the IT Services and Financial Auditing sectors. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing complex projects, analyzing business needs, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. As a Senior BA Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. Responsibilities: Assist in strategizing and presenting product ideas, solution alternatives, and studies to senior stakeholders. Assist in defining the product’s vision and features according to customer needs. Execute or assist in the execution of research and studies required to meet service requirements. Analyze data scientifically and prepare visual reports to facilitate decision-making by business owners. Work with the development team to interpret client requirements into feasible software options and communicate them to stakeholders. Participate in the end-to-end software development process. Act as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders. Manage and prioritize the software product backlog. Assist the scrum/product development team in achieving sprint objectives. Refine each product iteration before release to improve quality. Continuously identify areas for improvement focusing on user experience. Communicate product status and coordinate inputs from customers and stakeholders. IT Business Analysis: Identify project stakeholders and establish customer classes and characteristics. Assist in identifying personas, building customer journeys, and mapping business services and processes. Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate stakeholder business needs. Conduct interviews using workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflows, use cases, and scenarios. Perform business and technical impact analyses to ensure alignment and deliver comprehensive solutions. Develop and utilize structured methods and notations for requirements documentation, including BRDs. Create requirements artifacts such as user stories and use cases understandable to developers. Review requirements to ensure correct interpretation and stakeholder alignment. Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process models, diagrams, and charts to guide development. Possess strong experience in BPMN, UML, requirements documentation software, and mobile applications. Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and standards compliance. Manage and track requirement statuses and changes throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with UI/UX designers and content teams to fulfill business requirements. Participate in quality assurance to ensure features are correctly implemented. Research and review effectiveness of requirements-gathering tools and methods. Gather functional and non-functional requirements collaboratively with stakeholders. Analyze existing systems for inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Create detailed system design specifications and diagrams. Lead documentation efforts including user manuals and technical specs. Act as a liaison to ensure clear communication of requirements and designs. Collaborate with QA for testing and validation. Assist in change management and troubleshooting issues. Provide end-user training and support. Participate in project planning, estimation, and tracking. Project Management: Manage a team of Business and System Analysts. Oversee vendor engagement from bidding to implementation. Collaborate with pre-sales and licensing teams for smooth project transitions. Guide account management and business development teams. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management. Manage project/program budgets and timelines. Coordinate project activities, scope, and resource planning. Maintain communication with sponsors and stakeholders. Ensure high standards of documentation and milestone achievement. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Skills: Critical Thinking and Analysis Problem Solving Leadership and Management Excellent Communication Skills Technical Awareness and Tool Proficiency (MS Office, JIRA, BPMN, UML, Power BI, etc.) Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Minimum 7 years of relevant experience Experience in product ownership, requirements analysis, and Agile methodologies Experience in e-Government and e-Services domains preferred Previous software development experience is a plus Certifications such as CBAP, CPOA, or Agile certifications are advantageous Proficiency in Arabic and English Data analytics skills such as Power BI Experience in company registration, licensing, or related domains is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
