Asst Operation Manager

Service delivery for all aspects of activity in the area, interaction with local customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery. - Provide support to the operations manager in the day to day running of the organization - Develop work rules and guidelines for company employees - Foster long term profitable relationships with all new existing customers and identify new customer via operational excellence. - Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting company strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values. - Identify what is required for staff to carry out their duties - Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for locations. - Schedule locations and ensure assignments are carried out as planned - Work hand-in-hand with top management staff concerning work/operational issues and other activities. - Monitor sales orders and client relations. - Compile sales reports and distribute them to relevant departments - Draw up reports regarding operations in the company and pass them to top management whenever it is requested. - Serve as a guide to fresh employees so as to make sure that they adhere to company rules and that the result of their various tasks meet company standard. - Maintain and organize company’s facilities. Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
