Architectural & Building Fabric System Engineer

Delivering a safe and reliable passenger service with a specific focus on engineering, maintenance, and asset management for the following systems: - Station & pop-up Plumbing / Tiling / Architectural and building fabrics / Civil (FM hard services) - Landscaping & Cleaning (FM soft services) - Support on the MEP, BACS and VHTS system when required - 7 to 10 years’ experience in engineering / maintenance for high performance systems in all architectural and building fabric, civil engineering related systems, including cleaning, landscaping and specialized cleaning - Exposure to the railway environment and its operations procedures - Prior involvement and experience in construction and project management is an advantage, including T&C, trial running and handover. - MAXIMO or any similar MMS/CMMS - QLIKVIEW or any other similar Business Intelligence systems - BIM - Auto CAD or/and similar - Technical standards relevant to the systems under his/her responsibility - Risk analysis Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - architectural and building fabric: 7 years (required) - cleaning, landscaping: 7 years (required) - railway environment & operations procedures: 7 years (required)
