Salon Therapist

Essential Job Responsibilities: - Provide professional body and beauty treatments such as assorted massages, body scrubs, body wraps, facials, waxing, etc., in accordance with salon protocols. - Prepare, clean and help maintain the treatment rooms and other work areas. - Maintain a stock of products such as oils, lotions, creams in their treatment areas. - Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered. - Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by salon’s policies and procedures. - Actively promote the salon, treatments services and retail as well as promotions/discounts available. - Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously. - Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients. - Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. - Assist in all areas of salon operations as requested by management.
