Cyber Security Manager (Offensive Security Red Team)

About your role This role is required to be part of Qatar Airways Group - Cyber Security, responsible for the creative development and day-to-day oversight of the Red Team and working closely to coordinate, execute and report on sophisticated Red Team operations, to identify cyber vulnerabilities and reduce the risk posture of Qatar Airways Group enterprise systems **Responsibilities**: - Provide technical leadership and execute adversary emulation operations to highlight gaps impacting organization security postures. - Ability to work both independently as well as lead and guide red team members. - Review and perform in-depth analysis of red team testing results and oversee reporting that describes findings, exploitation procedures, risks and recommendations. - Partner and collaborate with the Infrastructure team & Cyber Security Incident Response Team and other stakeholders in the organization to identify improvement opportunities - Work with non-security engineering teams to educate, and collaborate on operational objectives - Convey complex technical security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills. Join us as we dare to achieve what’s never been done before.Together, everything is possible **Qualifications**: **About You** - Experience to lead a technical team to conduct remote and on-site penetration testing - Experience with manual attack and penetration testing. - Experience with scripting / programming skills with ability to code comfortably in one or more interpreted languages ( eg. Python, C#, Powershell, Golang, Java ,Perl or C project development) - Should have a strong understanding of networking concepts, Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems vulnerabilities and exploitation - Understands Threat Actor trends impacting organizational security - Security testing of cloud environments and should have worked on major public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP etc.). - One or more of similar certifications (OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GXPN, CRTO, CREST Certified Simulated Attack Manager). **About Qatar Airways Group** Our story started with four aircraft.
