IT Support Engineer

Desktop Support to the end users (Shifting of existing devices as required by top). - Maintain all the POS machines in the mall. - Provide Network Support. - E-mail configuration for the end users. - PDT Device hardware support and its wireless network support. - Provide desktop Application support to the end users. - Network Printer, Barcode Printer, Document Scanner, Bio Metric Device Support. - Manage Consumable Supply to the levels and keep minimum stock required. (Eg: Toners, Paper rolls, etc.) - Tool kit maintenance. - Bio-Metric data propagation across the network (Thumb impression data). - Other Routine Jobs like: Generating Telephone card reports, Prepare cashier/game/kiosk reports, Process inventory adjustments, Sales uploading & Processing, etc. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month **Education**: - Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - IT Support: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred)
