Mep Engineer

**MEP ENGINEER** - BE degree in Electrical or Equivalent. - Minimum 6 years post qualification work experience in the field of MEP. - Minimum 3 years work experience in Gulf countries with facilities management/Maintenance contract OR in MEP projects. - Previous work experience on projects and MEP system similar to Mesaimeer city (e.g. residential building, High rise buildings or equivalent) will be an added advantage. - Good knowledge and ability to handle LV/MV system is must. - Responsible for the comprehensive operation and maintenance and necessary repair of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil works in accordance with manufacturers recommendation and standards. - Capacity to understand a range of Engineering functions, procedures, equipment’s working principle for both Electrical, ELV, Mechanical & HVAC systems. - Good diagnostic and problem solving skills. - Team working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels. - Good knowledge of maintenance of HVAC system, CHW system, Mechanical systems, Electrical system, plumbing system and allied MEP services and maintenance. - Ability to review, and evaluate engineering blueprints. - Must possess technical acumen and the ability to troubleshoot on a variety of MEP system. - Supervising & monitoring the MEP contractors and Ensuring that the highest quality of work is in accordance with project specific cost & schedule requirements - Able to create proper work and operation flow for MEP maintenance work. - Familiar with Internationally recognized Mechanical Codes and Standards - Excellent planning, prioritizing and scheduling skills. - Organized, detailed-oriented and thorough in completing work tasks. - Should have the computer proficiency in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office and windows operating system. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Valid Qatar driving License. **Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
