Property Consultant

Provide guidance and assist the client on Renting or Buying a property - Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them - Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing - Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value - Display and market real property to possible buyers and Rentor - Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc) - Manage property - Maintain and update listings of available properties - Develop networks and cooperate with other agency's. - Promote sales through advertisements and listing services - Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices - Maintain Good impression with the client **Real Estate Agent Skills** - Responsiveness - Honesty and integrity - Knowledge of purchase process - Communication skills - Negotiation skills **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
