The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and have prior experience in the Middle Eastern cuisine. Our restaurant is focused on providing a traditional Middle Eastern dining experience, so familiarity with local dishes is a must.Responsibilities Manage kitchen staff and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to our recipes and standards.Create new recipes and menu items based on customer feedback.Order food supplies, track inventory, and maintain strict food safety standards.Ensure that meals are served promptly and efficiently.Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with prior experience in Middle Eastern cuisine.Familiarity with local Middle Eastern dishes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate staff.Excellent interpersonal skills for daily interaction with customers.Additional information We welcome applications from qualified individuals.
