Join to apply for the Multimedia Developer role at Community College of Qatar.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Responsibilities Work with Instructional Developer/Designer to develop multimedia elements for hybrid classes, including videos, presentations, graphics, and animations.Assist content experts in creating high-quality video and audio files.Edit video and audio content for hybrid classes.Create transcripts for videos and audio to support accessibility.Collaborate with hybrid team (developer/technician) to embed multimedia into the LSM environment.Combine multimedia elements to produce effective instructional videos and storylines.Design and produce learning materials in various formats, supporting teaching and college initiatives.Perform other related duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of experience producing audio and video files in an online environment.Strong knowledge of integrating multimedia in learning management systems, especially Blackboard.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop); advantage if familiar with Animate, Illustrator, Character Animator, Camtasia.Knowledge of software and hardware for multimedia development.Strong on-camera skills with DSLR or video cameras.Good visual design sense and creativity.Organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.Teamwork and problem-solving skills.Ability to build relationships across the organization, including remote teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Fluent in English and Arabic.Education Degree in Videography or Media Development.Additional Details Seniority Level: Entry level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Engineering and Information Technology Industry: Higher Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
