As part of our growth strategy, we seek a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive sales, expand our client base, and support our market leadership.Role Description We are seeking a VP- Business Development with a strong track record in business development and a proven portfolio of high-value clients across various sectors.Qualifications Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.Leverage and expand an existing portfolio of premium clients to grow the company’s market presence.Prepare business proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals effectively.I'd like you to collaborate with consulting and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.Identify and engage potential clients across target sectors, converting opportunities into successful deals.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.Lead business development efforts to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and contract signing.Analyze sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends; provide regular reports to senior management.Collaborate closely with internal teams (consulting, marketing, solution design) to deliver integrated, value-driven proposals.Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, including at least 3 years in a consulting or professional services environment.Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.Strong understanding of the consulting market and client decision-making processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Please send your CV to info@fortressbd.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
