SAP Consultant – Documentation (English) oil and gas

Location: Doha, Qatar Role Overview We are seeking a highly capable and articulate SAP Documentation Consultant to lead internal and external communication efforts across a large-scale Digital Transformation Program. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex SAP and business processes into clear, engaging, and professional documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent messaging, stakeholder engagement, and communication effectiveness across the program.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with program goals Maintain a comprehensive stakeholder communication register Define communication frameworks and channels for internal and external audiences Create high-quality documentation, templates, presentations, and reports Support senior leadership in conveying key strategies and updates Coordinate and participate in workshops, presentations, and launch events Monitor and assess communication effectiveness; implement improvements Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field Experience Minimum of 5 years in a communications or documentation role, preferably within IT or SAP environments Strong experience in content creation, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel); familiarity with design/editing tools is an advantage Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for visual communication Skills: presentations,communication strategies,microsoft office,time management,documentation,attention to detail,skills,technical writing,visual communication,sap,articulate,content creation,presentation skills,organizational skills,communication,stakeholder engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
