From pristine islands and tropical beaches to cosmopolitan cities, tranquil deserts and lush jungles, our luxury hotel brands welcome guests for journeys rich in discovery.Minor Hotels operates five hotels in Doha under the brands Anantara, Tivoli and Oaks, for which Finance Shared Services are currently being established and implemented.Job Description Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems.Maintain organized records of all financial documents.Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendors.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax consultants.Maintain petty cash records and ensure accurate replenishment.Prepare and file statutory returns, such as taxes and contributions.Handle confidential financial information with integrity.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles..Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment..Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
