Description
Position Overview This position is physically located in Qatar in support of LOGCAP. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Compliance Auditor performs tasks to ensure a culture of compliance and zero tolerance for Trafficking in Persons (TIPs) in accordance with US Public Law (USPL), the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), USG supplements, and local laws. The role involves conducting audits, employee training, and implementing management methods to ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.Responsibilities Apply knowledge of international standards related to exploitative child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking, including C138, C182, C029, C105, UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and relevant US laws.Review training materials, compliance plans, pay slips, financials, and program policies to ensure adherence to requirements. Respond within 24 hours to allegations, audit findings, or requests for investigation, and manage cases to closure.Assess the productivity and effectiveness of program operations; examine records and reports; recommend improvements to internal controls.Identify noncompliance issues and corrective actions; suggest policy improvements at program and subcontractor levels.Support external audits by coordinating information; develop knowledge of compliance and trafficking laws; participate in training and educational opportunities.Maintain confidentiality regarding the company, subcontractors, and potential trafficking victims.Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; work evenings and weekends as required; perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; one year of related experience may substitute for education. Certifications include CTIP General Awareness and ISO 9001: 2015 Auditor (or ability to obtain). Must possess a valid driver’s license and be a US citizen with a valid US passport.Minimum two years of related experience; knowledge of Do D and US regulations related to trafficking in persons. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluent in English, both written and verbal.Ability to work in diverse environments, adhere to safety regulations, and work in extreme weather conditions.
