Join to apply for the Manager, Products & Revenue role at Commercial Bank.Job Summary Driving profitability of Wholesale Banking through constant product profitability and service monitoring, cross-sell, ensuring effective controls, and generating incremental revenue for the SBU and CB.Key Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and ensure booking of all revenue streams; identify areas of revenue leakage.Monitor metrics at segment, product, and sector levels to identify opportunities and work with stakeholders to harness incremental income.Collaborate with Product Heads and stakeholders for continuous improvement.Monitor competition and report findings in conjunction with marketing teams.Communicate plans, performance, and trends to stakeholders to identify deviations from targets.Identify variance mitigation actions and track progress.Engage with the business and stakeholders on performance, analytics, and projects.Support profit improvement initiatives and automation of revenue processes.Align team services and products with business needs: Establish regular communication with business heads, relationship managers, and stakeholders.Understand business requirements and coordinate product and service delivery.Measures of Success: Incremental revenue from WB products and cross-selling.Enhanced quality and quantity of MI provided to the business.Recognition as a value-adding support by stakeholders.Adherence to procedures and satisfactory audit ratings.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related major.Additional Details: Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Product Management and Marketing Industry: Banking This job posting is active and available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
