Description
HR Responsibilities Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases Managing employee benefits and compensation packages Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management Customer Service Responsibilities Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with services by handling complaints and inquiries Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their services Letting customers know about additional services that might benefit them Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary Resolving common issues with services Working with other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR or customer service (Preferred)Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Preferred)Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
