The Centre has gained international recognition for its holistic approach to diabetes care, operating four branches across Abu Dhabi, Al Dhafra, and Al Ain, serving over one million people through patient-centric programmes and public health initiatives.Location of role: ICLDC, Al Ain About the Role: We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Junior Cardiac Assistant / Junior Cardiac Sonographer (Unlicensed) to join our Cardiac Unit. In this role, you'll work alongside registered cardiac sonographers and physicians to provide excellent care and support patients during their diagnostic process.Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under supervision of cardiac sonographers or physicians.Prepare and assist with non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic tests, including Echocardiograms, Stress Tests, Holter Monitors, Tilt Table Tests, and ABI.Educate, comfort, and support patients and their families.Maintain and prepare cardiac equipment to ensure clinical standards.Assist in managing test results and maintaining accurate patient documentation.Qualifications: Education & Certification: Diploma in a relevant healthcare field.Cardiac credential (e.g., CMA or RMA); international accreditation is a plus.Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on cardiac technician experience.Previous experience in a JCIA-accredited facility is preferred.Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures and patient positioning techniques.Skills: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.Patient-centered communication skills.Attention to detail and clinical precision.Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Healthcare Provider Industries: Hospitals and Healthcare Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Imperial College London Diabetes Centre by 2x.Apply now or set job alerts for “Healthcare Assistant” roles.Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates #J-18808-Ljbffr
